We drove from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada to Tampa, Florida in a RV and picked up a rock chip in Georgia on the last day of the trip, Saturday.
Sunday we called several, several places through goggling places as we were not familiar with the area at all and we got only call centers answering telling us a technician would call back with an appt time. No call back ever came from any of them. We needed this chip fixed that day, it was a “spreader”. Got this business name from Lazy Days RV on Monday. Made the call and we met Chris and Fabien, down the road from where we were in about 10 to 15 minutes after our request that very day. They were booked up but they fit us in between jobs. They had the chip fixed in a very short time. The cost was very reasonable as well, so thankful and grateful for their expertise and rapid care and the very acceptable price, versus letting the situation advance to a possible windshield replacement, which is, told to us by the guys a $7,000 window. More businesses need to be like these guys, caring and really smart in their craft. Thank you Chris and Fabien you are very much appreciated and saved the day for sure. We only had Monday to take care of this unfortunate incident.

Stumbled upon Chris from RV Specialty Care while he was doing a window repair in the Buttonwood Inlet RV park, Cortez, Florida. I asked about repairing foggy windows, and he said he could do it today. 2 hours later, both our passenger and driver side windows were fog free, with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. Price was competitive, but convenience could not be beat. We could not be more pleased.

We have had a foggy bedroom window in our RV for several years and finally decided to get it fixed. I did think about doing it myself and priced quality replacement seals and found that it would cost me almost 200.00 to purchase the required material. Contacted RV Specialty Care. They advised that they had a job in our area that morning and could be at our location that afternoon. Chris and Fabian arrived they were dress neatly and their truck was clean they looked professional. The window proved to be difficult. It is approximately 24” high by 30” wide, the bottom 1/3 is crank out for ventilation and the only thing that holds this window in is the crank mechanism and a U shaped Frame that the top of the glass slides into. If this window is not sealed properly at the top it can fallout and the manufacture really sealed this window in. The window also is an escape area at the back of the RV so it has a frame that holds the entire window in the side of the RV and an inner frame that holds the glass. It took at least 90 minutes for them to get that bottom window out of it’s frame and I do believe they were a bit frustrated with how long it was taking but to their credit they never let it show.
My advise to everyone is leave this kind of job to these professional it is the best money I have spend in a long time. It will not matter where I have a glass problem in the future as long as it is not a safety issue it will wait until we return to Florida for RV Specialty Care to repair.

We called yesterday because we had a broken RV emergency exit window. This morning I received a call saying they would be out to look at the window this afternoon. Sure enough someone was here around 12:45 and had a new window installed in a half hours time. AMAZING !!!!!!! Excellent customer service, Excellent response time, very professional, courteous and prompt. The cost was reasonable and actually less than what I anticipated. I highly recommend this company and I will be spreading the word !!!!!!!!

Want to give a shout out for a great job. We are from ohio and during our visit to Flordia 2023 found Specialty Care services. We have a 2008 Rv with several windows that were Foggy. They came to our camp ground repaired all 6 windows on site and replaced tinting to match. Being a business man myself, I appreciate value in the dollars I spend, and I got. Thanks to the 3 man team and their office staff.

Fabian came by on Saturday at 1:00 pm and worked on my Motorcoach windows . Seals were bad in 3 windows. He was able to remove and repair them all in the same afternoon. Did a great job and very meticulous . Does great work At reasonable price, and is very courteous. If you need Rv windows repaired he is the one to call.

Just to say if you need any glass work done these are the ones to contact. Had my front windshield replaced and vehicle and area cleaned up like never there. On time and they are PROS!!!!!. Great Price also. Look no further. These are the ones for your job. You will be happy you called them.
